Your business is extremely important to us and if you're not happy then we're not happy. We are therefore fanatical about making sure that everything arrives with you in perfect condition and in good time. Here is a summary of our delivery services.
FREE Mainland UK Delivery
On many larger value items we offer FREE DELIVERY to mainland England, Wales, Scottish Lowlands and BFPO addresses. For your protection and peace of mind everything is sent recorded delivery (signed for).
Standard Mainland UK Delivery
On smaller items we offer Royal Mail 1st Class delivery to mainland England, Wales, Scottish Lowlands and BFPO addresses. This is charged at cost (i.e. we do not seek to profit from our delivery services). For your protection and peace of mind everything is sent recorded delivery (signed for).
AT YOUR DOOR IN 3 DAYS!
We are confident that your goodies will be with you within 3 working days from point of order but at the height of the season, and around Christmas etc, things may take slightly longer, which is gnerally down to the delivery services being over-stretched rather than being down to us!.
All parcels will be delivered to the address you provide and not necessarily to you in person. If someone else signs for or otherwise accepts your parcel, the parcel will be deemed to have been delivered and no claim for non-delivery will be accepted. If your parcel is delivered to BFPO, a block of flats, a university hall of residence, a house of multiple occupancy or a place of work it will be up to you to recover the parcel from whoever accepted it.
All deliveries must be accepted upon presentation by our delivery agents, even if you no longer want the products for any reason what so ever. Refusal to accept delivery of a parcel will render you liable for return delivery charges which can be substantial. If there is a problem with the parcel you are receiving, please still accept the delivery, ask the courier to record the nature of the problem and then contact us so we can resolve the issue for you.
We ship worldwide and offer a choice of services. All International customers will need to contact us before they place their order so that we can provide the cheapest and most efficient shipping quote. Please note that in some extreme cases direct delivery is simply not physically possible or financially viable. If this is the case then we are happy to deliver to an alternative Mainland UK address instead for you to collect from or make your own arrangements from there.
We can deliver to BFPO providing your parcel does not exceed 1.05m in length. We are not able to deliver to a military base if you do not use a BFPO address.
We are unable to deliver parcels addressed to a PO Box.
Multiple Occupancy Addresses
We can despatch to places of work, hotels, student accommodation and other places of multiple occupancy. We strongly recommend, however, that you do not choose such an address if there is a risk that someone may accept delivery of your parcel and not inform you of it's arrival.
VAT and Taxes
No additional taxes or charges apply if your parcel is delivered inside the EU. For EU exports, local import duty and / or customs charges may apply. Any such charges must be paid by the customer. Please check with your local tax authority before placing your order. We will refund VAT if your parcel is exported directly to an address outside the EU. Please order online in the usual way, then contact us by email within 14 days of placing your order.
The www.WorthingSups.com website is an online catalogue of items that we supply. Despite best efforts, we can not accurately display real time stock levels for every single item in every possible variant as the situation changes constantly and items are also sold via numerous different channels. Therefore, some items advertised on this website may need to be requested from the central warehouse which takes approx 48 hours. If your order is extremely time-critical then please make us aware of this before you place your order so that we can all be sure that expectations can be met.
In the unlikely event that there is a problem fulfilling your order then we will contact you straight away to discuss a solution. If for any reason an item that you ordered cannot be sent to you within an acceptable timeframe then we will always try and offer you a close match as an alternative. If this is the case then you can either accept our suggested alternative or request a full no quibble refund.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
We will refund return delivery charges if we despatch faulty or damaged goods, goods not ordered by you or substitute goods which you prefer not to accept. In all instances our prior consent to the item being returned is required and we reserve the right to stipulate the return delivery method. If you choose an alternative delivery method, this will be at your own expense. You shall pay return delivery charges in all other instances. Damage caused in transit can only be claimed if the damage is reported to the carrier upon signing for the goods. All delivery conditions and charges are subject to change without prior notice. Terms and conditions imposed by our carriers shall also apply.
Finally, PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU PROVIDE US WITH AN ACTIVE AND REGULARLY CHECKED EMAIL ADDRESS AND A VALID MOBILE PHONE NUMBER during checkout as these are the only ways that we can contact you. Rest assured that your personal details are completely safe with us and we will never divulge them to any third party unless they are directly involved in the fulfilment of your order (e.g. couriers).
